Our seasoning journey began over a decade ago at a youth camp event at church, where we crafted a blend specially made for pulled pork. Since then, we’ve honed and adapted the recipe, refining it to the perfectly balanced flavor we offer today. This versatile seasoning is loved for its adaptability—it pairs beautifully with everything from pulled pork to scrambled eggs, bringing a touch of seasoned perfection to every dish.
Our Passion for Spices
We have always loved grilling and smoking meat. In 2012 we were asked to cook for about 300 students and counselors. We did this for the next 9 years. Every year we were asked to cook a total of 70 or more pork butts throughout the year for various events. And so this started our passion for spices.
